Adidas South Africa

I'm writing to complain about terrible service i have been subjected to by Adidas SA. I purchased goods in November and first error apparently they put 2 contradicting addresses on box, sent a message to me to say the order is with the courier.

Days passed and i contacted the courier to follow up and they informed me that there are 2 addresses on the box (mine and another different one possibly for another buyer) and now because of that they've reached out to Adidas to advise as to what to do. Days passed and again i followed up with the courier and they gave me the same story stating they haven't got any feedback from Adidas. Days passed again and it was December already, December finished with no joy. In Jan i then reached out again to the courier and they informed me that they ended up returning the parcel to Adidas late December (21st to be exact) and i must just contact Adidas.

I then got even more frustrated because it's already Jan and Adidas got the parcel, the money and have never reached out to me to apologise for the confusion and tell me what's going to happen going forward. I then contacted Adidas and they indeed confirmed they received the order on the 22nd of December and I asked you then decided just to keep quiet and I'm the only one who keep trying to find out what happened to my order? I then asked that they kindly refund me as their goods are already in their position. That was like over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my refund, whenever i reach out they keep telling me the same story that they take my matter serious and are still waiting for their finance team feedback.

My frustration is that how bad an organisation must be if it takes a month to merely process a simple refund? I find it disrespectful and very unprofessional and i also feel victimised as I don't think they would do this to a person of different colour.

Trust you are well i have visted one of your stores - East Rand retal park Adidas as its black friday there were sale items on the front table as I was about to check the t-shirts for a large my hand was rudly pushed away and the lady said sir what size I joked and said hey you can't push my hand away as I am a customer, she then said ok clicked her tongue at me and walked away, There is camera footage in the store. This is absolutely pathetic behavior for a front face to face employees.

I still told her that is swearing and she could get fired, she laughed and said I don't care.

The Manager did speak to us and apologized to us on her behalf and when he called her she lied and said she didn't. The sales rep that did assist me and witnessed everything was Byanda he can confirm what had happened.

The rude employee name is Rosina Matsepe.
